7 sex tips for people with breathing problems

People with breathing problems can surely enjoy sex if they take the necessary measures. The British Lung Foundation (BLF) has come up with tips for those having breathing problems to help them boost their sex lives.Dr Noemi Eiser, the BLF’s medical director, said people suffering from lung conditions did not have to ‘compromise on intimacy. It is important that you talk to your partner about any worries and are open-minded and understanding. Creating a comfortable and trusting environment will prevent stress and shortness of breath,’ The Telegraph quoted her as saying.
The leaflet Sex and Breathlessness recommended the following sex tips for people with breathing problems.
1.Have sex when you feel rested: Have sex when you feel rested and your breathing is at its best. Adequate rest will also take care of any stress you might be having because of your day to day life and that is always good for your sex life.
2.Forcefully cough before sex: If at all you are going to cough, it is better to do it beforehand. Cough up some phlegm before indulging in sex and it’ll make your chest feel much lighter during the activity.
3.Don’t have sex in the morning: Try and avoid having sex in the morning as that is the time you will be very like to produce more phlegm. If at all you feel extremely aroused in the morning, indulge in masturbation or foreplay to release tension.
4.Don’t have sex after a heavy meal or too much alcohol: Having sex right after a heavy meal or too much alcohol is a bad idea for anyone with breathing problems. Your stomach might feel bloated and your breathing will be weaker than normal. You don’t have to have sex all day, so making a fixed time for sex when you are completely relaxed should be a good idea.
5.Take breaks during intercourse: In case you feel that you’re extremely short of breath during intercourse, just pause and take a few deep breaths to regain composure. You can resume having sex once you feel comfortable again.
6.Try positions that exert little pressure on the chest: The typical missionary position may exert too much pressure on the chest. You could instead try positions like spooning.

7.Try home remedies: Besides taking these measures, it’ll also be a good idea to address your problems. You could try home remedies like mint leaves or pudina to reduce cough and asthma. Besides these, avoiding triggers for asthmatic attacks and eating foods that build your immunity will also help.

Sherlyn’s Nude Footage in the Porn Market?(Video)

The rift between Sherlyn Chopra and director Rupesh Paul of ‘Kamasutra 3D’ appears to have widened after the Bollywood actress lodged a police complaint against him.In a written complaint addressed to the Santacruz police, actress Sherlyn Chopra alleged that Paul did not pay the remaining Rs seven lakh, of her total remuneration. She alleged that Paul had threatened to forfeit her remaining remuneration for the movie ‘Kamasutra 3D’, after she rejected his sexual advances, the police said.
The Santacruz police has begun a preliminary inquiry against director Rupesh Paul after Sherlyn’s complaint. However, senior inspector Arun Chavan said that the actress did not turn up at the Santacruz police station to record her statement despite repeated requests. “We requested her to reach the police station and record her statement several times, but she did not come, stating that she has been busy,” Chavan told .
When contacted, the actress claimed that she was occupied with prior commitments due to which she could not go to the police station. “Either tonight or tomorrow, I will go to the police station to record my statement,” Sherlyn Chopra told .
Earlier this month, Sherlyn Chopra had dissociated herself from the movie ‘Kamasutra 3D’, which is expected to hit theatres by May. “Allegedly, Paul threatened to use her nude footage as porn in the global commercial porn market and not in the ‘Kamasutra 3D’ movie. Paul said that he would replace Sherlyn Chopra with another actress in the film,” another police officer said, quoting the actress.
The actress also claimed that the director had sent her vulgar and obscene email, besides abusing her, the police said. Meanwhile, except the charge about that Rs seven lakh were yet to be paid to actress, director Rupesh Paul has denied all other allegations.
“The payment was to be made in four parts. The fourth part (of Rs seven lakh) was to be paid, after she came for dubbing. (But) now that she has said that she is not doing the movie and would not do dubbing, what should we pay her for,” Paul told , reacting to her allegations. He has claimed that he is quite stunned that the actress has alleged sexual advances and that he would use her nude footage as porn.
“She is a liar. These allegations are baseless. She used to call me ‘Appa’ and ‘Captain’. She used to touch my feet before shooting. The fact is that she mentally tortured us a lot. She was too demanding and she made the crew wait for hours on the sets. It was hell working with her. It was because of the producers that I had to adjust with her,” Paul said.
He revealed that whenever they went to various film festivals to promote ‘Kamasutra 3D’, Chopra listed her demands like luxury class tickets and expensive clothes. Paul said that it was Sherlyn Chopra who had uploaded a nude video of herself online, after which she was removed from the film.

Later, she apologised and then the filmmakers took her on board again, he said. He denied that he had sent her abusive emails. “I have all the evidence I have never sent her such messages or emails,” he said.

To prevent death risk eat nuts

Consuming nuts at least seven times a week can reduce risk of death from any cause by 20 per cent, says a new study.
The study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM), also establishes a significant association between the consumption of nuts and a lower incidence of death due to heart diseases, cancer and respiratory diseases.
The study said nutrients in nuts, such as unsaturated fatty acids, protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants may confer heart-protective, anti-carcinogenic and anti-inflammatory properties.
"This study adds to the current strong body of evidence which demonstrates that eating nuts daily, including almonds, confers health benefits and supports long-term health. Nuts deliver many good attributes in a small, satisfying package," said Karen Lapsley, chief scientific officer for the Almond Board of California.
"Part of the reason people consuming more nuts such as almonds tend to be leaner is because may be that these nuts provide satiety.
"Satiating snacks with protein and fiber can help curb hunger pangs between meals, which in turn may helps in reducing the urge to snack on less nutritious options," said Ishi Khosla, clinical nutritionist and director, Centre for Dietary Counselling.
Cardiovascular diseases are estimated to cause nearly three million deaths per annum in India, accounting for 25 per cent of all mortality.

Sunanda Pushkar's death unnatural: Doctors

Doctors at AIIMS, who conducted autopsy on the body of Sunanda Pushkar, today said it was a case of "sudden, unnatural death" but ruled out poisoning even as police investigated various angles into death of Union Minister Shashi Tharoor's wife.
Injury marks were also found on the body of 52-year-old Pushkar, who was last night found dead in mysterious circumstances in luxury Leela Palace hotel in South Delhi.
The head of the three-member panel of doctors that conducted the autopsy on Pushkar, said, "We have conducted the postmortem examination... It is a case of sudden, unnatural death" but ruled out poisoning.
However, he said the team has preserved certain "biological samples for toxicological analysis as well as visco-pathological examination."
"We have completed the whole procedure. Samples for toxicological analysis means ruling out any poison. Some pathology of the heart has been preserved by us," he said.
Pushkar was found dead in her suite at the hotel and the body was shifted to AIIMS at around 3:30 AM for post-mortem.
Police is also expected to record statement of Tharoor, who was admitted to AIIMS following complaints of chest pain and was discharged later.
Pushkar and Tharoor were at the centre of a raging controversy when reports emerged that she was upset over reported text and tweet messages between her husband and Mehr Tarar, a Pakistani journalist.

Sunny Leone credits husband for success (Video)

From being an adult film actress to creating waves in Bollywood, Sunny Leone has come a long way in the past few years. The Indo-Canadian talent credits her husband Daniel Weber for her success. The duo got married in 2011.
“I would have been nothing if Daniel wasn`t by my side,” Sunny said during the shooting of ‘Breakfast to Dinner’.
She said that at first, “I wanted him to reject me, so I went late for my first date with Daniel.”
But destiny had other plans for them.
Sunny said that she owes her husband, who is also her manager, as he stood beside her through thick and thin.
A known name in the world of pornography, Sunny made inroads into Indian entertainment when she participated in reality show ‘Bigg Boss 5′. Her appearance on the show set the ball rolling for her as far as getting work in Bollywood was concerned.
Sunny, whose real name is Karen Malhotra, got her first break with 2012 film ‘Jism 2′. Following that, she was seen in a special song in ‘Shootout at Wadala’ and then a full-fledged role in ‘Jackpot’.
She is looking forward to the release of ‘Ragini MMS 2′ later this year and hopes that the Indian film fraternity and the audience accept her in different roles and take her seriously as a performer.

The episode of ‘Breakfast To Dinner’, featuring Sunny will air Sunday.

Actress Juhi Chawlas intention in negative role in `Gulaab Gang`

Actress Juhi Chawla, who will be seen in her maiden negative role in `Gulaab Gang`, says she was sceptical to take up the film as she was worried about the audience reaction to her shade of grey. The film is inspired by a real-life group of women activists in the Bundelkhand region and talks about empowerment of women.
“When the director narrated me the script, I liked it but felt was he sure of casting me in this role… Has he mistaken me for some other actress. I was scared and worried if I would be able to do this role… Would I be accepted. Later on when I kept reading it (story), I got convinced I could do it… I tried my best,” Juhi said.
“I did not realise I would be able to play villain on screen. I hope it does well. Before this film, I was never offered a negative role… I am happy this film came my way and I did it,” she said.
Also, Juhi will be seen sharing screen space with her once-rival Madhuri Dixit for the first time in the film.
In the 1990s both were contemporaries and never worked together. Juhi thinks it is less likely that they will get another chance to work together in future, as the story of `Gulaab Gang` is very strong and such projects are not churned out in bulk.
“I said yes to the film because of two reasons — Madhuri was in it and secondly the script. She is a wonderful actress and good looking,” Juhi said.
Earlier too, Juhi was offered a film with her, which she refused.

“There were times when I had the chance to work with Madhuri, but we were rivals back then and I was like, `I will not work with Madhuri`… There will be comparisons. But when this offer came I couldn`t say a no to it,” the 46-year-old actress added.
It was debut director Soumik Sen who managed the casting coup and help break ice between the two actresses on the sets.

Both Juhi and Madhuri feel education is the key.
“The film is set in rural background. The idea of this film is to empower women and get themselves educated so that they can fight violence and abuse,” she added.
Co-written by director Sen and producer Anubhav Sinha, the film releases in March this year.
The film also stars Mahie Gill and Shilpa Shukla.

Gulabi Gang is a womens` group from Uttar Pradesh`s Bundelkhand region that works for well-being of women facing violence domestic and social problems.

The whole of India has been stunned into silence with the departing of Suchitra Sen. Every star, starlets from both Bollywod and Tollywood has tweeted their tributes. Even India’s prime minister mourned her demise.
Let us have a look at the stars’ feelings about the Wonderful star.

Manmahan Singh

Sen had carved a special niche in the hearts of millions of Indians through her graceful cinematic presence. She was one of the first Indian artistes to win an international award at Moscow in 1963. Sen's versatility and range of performances, in a career spanning nearly three decades, mark a unique contribution to Indian cinema, and to Bengali films in particular.

Amitabh Bachhan

Suchitra Sen, that great talent from Bengal passes away. She was grace, beauty and talent personified. Enigmatic and reclusive, she brought about a certain pathos in her roles which was so endearing. Her pairings with another iconic great. Uttam Kumar, from Bengal is what legends are made of. Prayers and condolences

Supriya Devi

Rama Di and Uttam Kumar is the most romantic couple ever. No one looked so good with Uttam Kumar other than her. Rama Di is my all time favorite. Not because of her acting or her looks, but because Suchitra Sen, as a person is extraordinary.

Madhavi Mukherjee

I thought she will return home. I can’t even imagine Suchitra Sen is no more.

Mousumi Chatyapadhay

I cannot stop thinking about her dazzling smile. I’ve never seen a star as popular as she is.

Mithun Chakrabarti

To me, Suchitra Sen was the number one actress. I’ve seen ‘Harano Sur’ 14 times and ‘Saptapadi’ 11 times. Her acting has a different kind of aura.

Gautam Ghosh

Lost one of my favorite Bengali persons. If she would make a come back, I would love to shoot movie with her. The chance is now gone. The romantisism she created has changed these days. During her time everyone would go to the theters. She will live in our hearts like the movie “Smritutuku Thak”

Aparna Sen

No other artist is even close to her talents, I saw her shooting ‘Uttar Falguni’, I understood then what an amazing actess she is.

Sridevi

Actor par excellence, a divine beauty, a legend, an icon who will inspire generations to come. RIP Suchitra Sen.

Madhuri Dixit

RIP Suchitra Sen. Indian cinema will miss you.
